- Tai will review and validate each referral to ensure compliance with the program’s terms and conditions.
- $50 and $200 rewards will be delivered within 30 days after the referral attends the demo call.
- Higher cash rewards require confirmation based on demo, willingness to buy and confirmation with sales leadership.
- Prospects must demonstrate actual intent to change TMS within 3 months and represent fit as potential customer for Tai.
- You may refer as many individuals as you wish, but Tai reserves the right to limit or modify rewards at its discretion.
- Rewards may be consolidated into single payout if multiple referrals have occurred.
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the rewards.
- Tai is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the referral process.
- Tai reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed fraudulent, ineligible, or violates any of the program’s terms and conditions.
- Tai reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and any disputes arising from the program.
- Tai reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

- Rewards earned through the referral program are non-transferable and have no cash value.
