By participating in Tai’s Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Referral Incentive Program

- Tai will review and validate each referral to ensure it complies with the program’s terms and conditions.
- Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the referred customer signs a contract.
- Referred prospects must demonstrate genuine intent to switch TMS providers within 3 months and be a qualified fit for Tai.
- You may submit unlimited referrals; however, Tai reserves the right to limit or modify rewards at its sole discretion.
- If multiple referrals are made, rewards may be consolidated into a single payout.
- Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the reward.
- Tai is not liable for technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the referral process.
- Tai reserves the right to disqualify any referral that is deemed fraudulent, ineligible, or non-compliant with program terms.
- All decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes are at the sole discretion of Tai.
- Tai may modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
General Conditions:
- Rewards earned through the referral program are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the rewards.
- Tai is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may occur during the referral process.
