Welcoming

Welcome Email

Once you signed with Tai, you will soon receive a welcome email with the next steps and resources to get started.

Kick Off call

On this first meeting, you will be introduced to your main point of contact throughout the Onboarding process and we will detail all the steps required for you to be successful during the implementation.

Site Creation

Shortly after you sign, you will get access to the TMS and credentials to start browsing around the site.

Data Imports

Broker Staff

This is where we enter the Brokerage's employee list and we grant the permissions each user will have depending on their role.

Customers and Staff

This is where we bring all of the companies or customers the Brokerage has been working with, as well as the specific contacts within that company.

Carriers & Factoring Companies

Before carriers are imported, the factoring companies are imported with the necessary information. Furthermore, with the Carriers template: you will bring over the relevant carrier list with all the necessary details.

Shipment History

This is the historical information or completed loads that are being migrated from the previous TMS. The accounting cycle of these loads must be already been completed in the previous TMS before uploading to Tai.
